Scheduling your flight exam only after you are ready!

Fill out IACRA application form

This process is to be completed by the student/learner/applicant but quite helpful to have the instructor available. Visit website here. REMEMEBER YOUR IACRA credentials!

Have your Instructor sign the the IACRA applicantion

You will need to submit your IACRA application, note your FTN# obtained from IACRA (Upper left console). Have your Recommending Instructor login to IACRA and sign. He will need your written test ID# as well.

Fill out the appropriate DPE Request form

Fill out the appropriate form:

Standard Request form: For all Private, Instrument, Commercial or Add-On Ratings. Including Adding-On Single Engine or Multi Engine ratings to existing certificates.

CFI Request form: CFI Initial an including Sport Pilot CFI Initial exams.

Administrative Request form: For items such as ground instructor ratings, SOE, SIC, et. Al. Please use the Admin DPE-Request form. No need to select a date, will be provided options based on availability.
